Occupational Therapy

Every student has a full and detailed assessment made of how technology can be specifically tailored to their individual needs (i.e. how they can best physically control the equipment and what software/activities/strategies are appropriate).   

Each class and house has a high specification computer, equipped with appropriate switches and software to enable the students to benefit from technology.  Other resources that enable the students to control electrical and battery operated equipment are also available throughout Penhurst, and staff members are trained in their use.
