Cromwell Business Park
Cromwell Business Park consists 27 modern office units and is located within walking distance of Chipping Norton town centre. It is home to UK headquarters of multinational operations as well as local and regional businesses. Elmsfield Business Park comprises a series of small light industrial units. Elmsfield is a secure business park with gated access and CCTV. The site is owned and managed by Edwyn Stobart.
Greystones Business Park
Greystones Business Park is located half a mile to the south of Chipping Norton and consists of five industrial units. The site is owned by West Oxfordshire District Council and any enquiries should be directed to the David Thurlow at the District Council.
Parker Knoll Site
Plans are currently being drawn up for a new B1 development on the old Parker Knoll factory site (see picture below). The development is being jointly marketed by Meeson Williams and Kemp & Kemp. Station Road Industrial Estate
The Station Road area of Chipping Norton contains several large industrial units that are home to businesses such as Jewsons and Travis Perkins. Other businesses in this area include Cotteswood Kitchens and a Post Office sorting office.
